Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. Sometime it may be affected by the item’s stock status of merchandise and we will inform you in time for you to decide whether to change another item or refund money to you.

- 3. Orders will be shipped soon but may be delayed during the weekends and busy season.
- 4. If an item in your order does become out of stock and unavailable, you will be contacted within 2 business days about the cancellation. If your order contains additional available items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days and we will arrange the refund on Friday and Saturday of every week.
- 5. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed additional 2 business days.
